When reissued on CD, it featured a Coltrane composition dedicated to his hero Big Nick Nicholas that Coltrane would record later the same year for his Duke Ellington collaboration Duke Ellington & John Coltrane. This ultra rare 1962 live performance in Greenwich Village, NYC, has a version of "My Favorite Things" which is the only one equating, if not a superior occurrence as the legendary Stockholm take of the very same year. I personally prefer this one to the studio recording. Recommended.
