Bad Without doubt, the collaboration between Speedranch and Venetian Snares is the most violent, aggressive and loudest album to see the light in modern day 2001. Making Orange Things is completely composed and constructed by swapping samples back and forth over ICQ, as Speedranch lives in England and Vsnares in Canada. The result isn't any less devastating. It should be noted that the back cover presents the tracklist as according to the CD version.

On the first track during the patsy cline sample, it also sounds like they also sampled the drum beat from "morning lemon" by The Chemical Brothers, however I am not sure about it so don't quote me
Landarn
Is this worth picking up over the original pressing?
MrCat
judging by the repress of 2370894 I would say yes
Agagamand
I'd say definitely, pressing quality is extremely good (the original has always sounded dull & muddy to me).
Burilar
If I'm ever asked about what the most intense and violent record is (and I never am,) I'll point anyone to this record. Equal parts crushing and slamming, this is two people at war with sound itself.
Cobyno
There were plans to do a black vinyl repress a few years back, but the master plates were lost and apparently it would be too expensive to have them redone...much to the disappointment of every DJ everywhere (note: possible exaggeration in previous sentence). Definitely the greatest tragedy to befall the music world since the cancellation of "Back and in Attack."

I think this may well be the hardest album ever made by anyone, if listned to on a relatively low volume the beats are alot more distinguishable and you can familiarise yourself with the individual tracks but anything above a 5 on the vol control and you could be shattering windows, nice Bon jovi sample spliced in between some speedfrentikcore breaks though!
BroWelm
This record is one of the most brutal assaults your ears will ever suffer. A real endurance test. With headphones on at high volume I usually feel sick by the fourth or fifth track. If that's not an endorsement i don't know what is!
Balladolbine
Patsy Cline has never sounded as good as she does on Cheatin' and I'm thrilled to see that Viva Las Vegas has been desecrated alongside a tribute to the seminal Canadian prime time drama The Beachcombers. Rumour has it that the orange vinyl is a tribute to the car made famous in ZZ Top videos, but don't quote me on that. In any case, this release features ten tracks of number crunching speedcore for the deranged created via an icq collaboration.
Yar
Truly an amazing record, on lush orange vinyl that, if eaten, would probably taste of Sunny Delight. Unborn Baby must be my fave on here, with some superb shouting from the Man Speedranch. It's sort of freestyle gabba, although I got shot down for saying that.
MarF
Eating the vinyl would also probably make you implode and spontaneously combust as well, worth it though
Braned
Go ahead, I dare you get more hardcore than this! Bon Jovi, Patsy Cline and others are given the grindcore treatment with maximum feedback and violent beats to compliment their.. talent. You Boards of Canada fans should stay away from this one which is for armchair headbangers only. Noise never sounded so good.
Arihelm
Think he just meant that the average BoC fan doesn't like this. Their are many people complaining on the internet on the more Experimental albums of Vsnares.
Vudojar
Holy crap this is from 2002? Oh man, hi from the future!
